How to file a takedown notice
Send a written notice to our copyright contact (below) that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the material on this site you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error. We may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers may have their access and any listing removed. Third-party bank names, logos and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
