How to file a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our copyright contact (below) that includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  2. The exact URL(s) of the material on this site you want removed, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  3. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error. We may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers may have their access and any listing removed. Third-party bank names, logos and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
